‍The Salesforce Developer plays a critical role in the Saltbox delivery model, working closely with the project team and client stakeholders in the design, implementation and launch of a solution that meets or exceeds client expectations. Successful individuals will be able to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment, have strong time management, communication and critical thinking skills in combination with a deep salesforce platform expertise to drive the success of their projects from beginning to end.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop APEX classes, triggers, unit tests, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to support application build.
• Design and implement data structure, flows, processes, and declarative set-up.
• Prepare for and manage deployments using Changesets, Ant scripts, and IDE-based deployment tools.
• Assist in solutioning, estimating, and shaping technical solutions.
• Contribute to internal code-base and standards.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• 3 to 5+ years technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals including, object-oriented programming, relational database design, web services, technical writing, and documentation.
• Experience writing Apex controllers, unit tests, and triggers.
• Experience working with Apex REST/SOAP API integrations
• Familiarity with user interface development principles and experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS, a plus.
• At least 2 Salesforce certifications, to include: App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, B2B Commerce, or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in developing / collaborating within an agile framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hybrid role, with 3 days onsite required
