Yes. Saltbox operates under a Business Agreement with OpenAI and leverages enterprise-grade infrastructure including Salesforce, Heroku, and AWS — all of which maintain SOC 2-compliant environments.

No. S1 is project-based and tenant-governed, similar to Salesforce’s architecture.
Your data is securely isolated and never exposed to other customers or projects.

However, like any experienced services organization, Saltbox continuously improves how we deliver by learning across projects. That collective expertise benefits all customers — including you — through better patterns, stronger recommendations, and reduced delivery risk.
Yes. Customers receive a standard S1-enabled project discount when S1 is used as part of delivery.
Some S1 capabilities depend on access to tools like Fireflies for meeting transcription and context capture. If certain systems aren’t available, some S1 features — and the associated discount — may not apply.
That said, the Saltbox Success System remains fully intact, and we will still deliver a successful project using our proven methodology.
S1 is treated like a product, not a one-time tool.
A dedicated team actively manages updates, improvements, and quality assurance to ensure S1 always reflects Saltbox’s current delivery standards, expertise, and roadmap — not outdated assumptions.
