Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst, Mérida, MX

Position Description

The Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst plays a critical role in the Saltbox delivery model, working closely with the project team and client stakeholders to ensure expected delivery of solutions that meets or exceeds client expectations. Successful individuals will be able to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment, work independently, have strong time management, communication and critical thinking skills in combination with a testing expertise in the Salesforce platform to drive the success of their projects from beginning to end.

‍Responsibilities:

  • Co-own the end result of project deliverables by working closely with functional and technical team members to ensure the highest quality product is delivered

  • Design, documentation, and execution of manual test cases, and scripts across all stages of the software development life cycle

  • Prepare and execute functional, non-functional and User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases

  • Prepare and execute test cases from user stories created for projects

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • 3 to 4 years of Quality Assurance experience within the Salesforce ecosystem

  • Certified at minimum at the Salesforce Administrator level, ideally with experience or certification in the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, B2B Commerce, and Marketing Cloud.

  • Experience in testing / collaborating within an agile framework

  • Background with end to end testing process and methods in Salesforce environment, including System & API Integration

  • Experience analyzing software development documentation (business requirements, function specification, design specification) to ascertain system functionality / features and how to appropriately test to ensure desired outcomes

  • Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills

  • Hybrid role, with 3 days onsite required
